These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Down Home Crypto LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable license fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PiLoader OS solely on the number of devices permitted by your purchased license tier (single device or fleet pack).

PiLoader OS and all associated intellectual property is the exclusive property of Down Home Crypto LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the software.
PiLoader OS includes a 45-day free trial with full access to all features and modules — no credit card required. This trial period exists specifically so you can fully evaluate the software before making any purchase.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a license you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate PiLoader OS during the free trial period and are satisfied with its functionality.
No refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, hardware incompatibility, module performance, crypto market conditions, discontinued third-party modules, or any other factor outside our direct control.
Important: The earning modules available through PiLoader OS are third-party projects operated by independent companies and organizations. Down Home Crypto LLC does not own, operate, control, endorse, audit, or take responsibility for any third-party module, project, network, token, or cryptocurrency.
By enabling and running any module through PiLoader OS, you acknowledge and agree that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Down Home Crypto LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, hardware damage, business interruption, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use PiLoader OS, the piloader.com website, or any third-party module — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid to Down Home Crypto LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
PiLoader OS is designed with privacy in mind. The software does not collect or transmit personally identifiable information to our servers beyond what is necessary to operate the license system. Specifically:

Each single license includes one (1) free transfer to a different device. Fleet pack licenses include three (3) free transfers across the fleet. Transfers are initiated through the PiLoader OS dashboard and are subject to verification.
License transfers are intended for hardware replacement scenarios such as device failure or upgrade. Abuse of the transfer system, including attempting to operate the same license on multiple devices simultaneously, will result in license revocation without refund.
PiLoader OS is a downloadable software product. Your license grants you the right to use the software indefinitely on your licensed device(s), regardless of whether Down Home Crypto LLC continues to operate.
In the event that Down Home Crypto LLC ceases operations or discontinues support for PiLoader OS, we will provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice through the piloader.com website and via email to all registered users. After this notice period, the software will continue to function on your device but will no longer receive updates, security patches, new modules, or license verification support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, module, or aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You agree to use PiLoader OS and piloader.com only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cryptocurrency earning software complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any applicable tax obligations.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a manner harmful to Down Home Crypto LLC, other users, or third parties.
All content on piloader.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Down Home Crypto LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PiLoader OS name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Down Home Crypto LLC.
Third-party project names, logos, and trademarks displayed within PiLoader OS belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Down Home Crypto LLC.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
