By using PiLoader OS or the piloader.com website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all disclaimers on this page. These disclaimers apply to the PiLoader OS software, the piloader.com website, and all third-party modules available within PiLoader OS. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1. Network Security & Attack Risk
Critical: Installing and running network-connected software on any device introduces potential security risks to your local network. Down Home Crypto LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized access, network intrusion, data breach, or security incident of any kind.
By running PiLoader OS and its modules, you acknowledge and accept that:
- PiLoader OS opens network ports and runs services on your local network — your dashboard is accessible at port 8080 on your local network by any device connected to the same network
- Third-party modules run as Docker containers and make outbound network connections to external servers — we do not audit or control the network behavior of any third-party module
- Any third-party module could theoretically contain malicious code, vulnerabilities, or backdoors — we do not review or audit third-party module source code
- Running PiLoader OS or any of its modules could potentially be used as a vector for unauthorized access to your local network, connected devices, files, or data
- Down Home Crypto LLC is not responsible for any network attack, unauthorized access, data theft, ransomware, or any other security incident that occurs on your network or any connected device as a result of running PiLoader OS or any of its modules
- You are solely responsible for securing your network, including the use of firewalls, network segmentation, strong passwords, and any other security measures you deem appropriate
- We strongly recommend running PiLoader OS on an isolated network segment or VLAN if you have sensitive devices or data on your home network
2. Third-Party Module Risk
Important: The earning modules available in PiLoader OS are developed, operated, and maintained entirely by independent third parties. Down Home Crypto LLC does not own, create, control, audit, endorse, or take any responsibility for any third-party module, project, network, token, or cryptocurrency.
By enabling any module through PiLoader OS, you accept that:
- Each module is third-party software that we package for convenience — we did not write it, we do not control it, and we cannot guarantee its behavior
- We do not review, audit, test, or verify the security, safety, legality, or performance of any third-party module's code, infrastructure, or data practices
- Third-party modules may collect data, use your bandwidth, use your device's computing resources, or behave in ways not described in their documentation
- Third-party projects can shut down, disappear, change their terms, or become worthless at any time without notice — we have no control over this
- Any financial loss, hardware damage, data loss, legal issue, or other harm arising from running any third-party module is solely your responsibility
- When a third-party module is confirmed discontinued or non-functional, we will remove it from PiLoader OS — no compensation, credit, or refund will be provided
- You are solely responsible for researching each module, understanding its risks, reading its terms of service, and deciding whether to run it
3. No Warranty — Software Provided "As Is"

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Down Home Crypto LLC.

- Increased CPU, memory, or storage utilization from running multiple modules simultaneously
- Power supply stress from sustained high loads
- SD card wear from continuous read/write operations
- Any malfunction, failure, or damage caused directly or indirectly by PiLoader OS or any third-party module
