Our Commitment to Privacy

The short version: PiLoader OS is designed to run locally on your hardware. We collect only the minimum data required to operate the license system and send trial reminder emails. We do not sell your data, serve ads, or track your behavior. Your dashboard data, wallet addresses, module credentials, and earning activity never leave your device.

This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data Down Home Crypto LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects through PiLoader OS and the piloader.com website, how we use it, where it is stored, and your rights regarding that data. This policy applies to both the PiLoader OS software and the piloader.com website.

1. Who We Are

Down Home Crypto LLC is an Idaho limited liability company and the developer of PiLoader OS. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Device Hardware Fingerprint

When PiLoader OS boots for the first time, it generates a unique hardware fingerprint for your device. This fingerprint is computed by combining your device's CPU serial number, ethernet MAC address, and board serial number and running them through a SHA-256 one-way hash function.

2.2 Email Address

Providing your email address is optional. If provided, it is collected during the first boot setup or via Settings on the dashboard.

2.3 Local Network (LAN) IP Address

5. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics

The PiLoader OS dashboard contains zero cookies, zero analytics, and zero tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking code anywhere in the dashboard.

The dashboard uses browser session storage (cleared automatically when you close the browser tab) to store:

The EarnApp module stores a device UUID in your browser's local storage so it persists across sessions. This value is local to your device only and is never transmitted to Down Home Crypto LLC.

The piloader.com website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. Standard web server access logs may record your IP address and browser information when you visit the site — this is standard practice for web hosting and security purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

PiLoader OS integrates with the following third-party services to operate. Each has their own privacy policy that governs their data handling:

Third-party earning modules — Each module available in PiLoader OS is operated by an independent third party. When you enable a module, your device communicates directly with that service. Down Home Crypto LLC has no visibility into or control over the data practices of any third-party module. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each module you choose to run before enabling it.

7. How We Use Your Data

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and supporting PiLoader OS.

8. Data Retention

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we collect:

No system is perfectly secure. While we take these precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on your device.

10. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about your device. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request."

Please note that deleting your device record from our database will deactivate your license. Purchase records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance even after a deletion request.

You can remove your email address from the dashboard at any time via Settings → Security → Notification Email.

11. Children's Privacy

PiLoader OS is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email where practicable. Your continued use of PiLoader OS after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.
